- restoring teeth with very large fillings
- for badly decayed or broken down teeth
- restoring fragile root filled teeth
- reinforcing teeth with deep cracks
- restoring dental implants
- The tooth is carefully prepared & shaped to provide space for the porcelain crown to be attached
- An impression is made of the prepared tooth & sent to a laboratory technician who will fabricate the porcelain crown
- A Temporary crown is made to cover the tooth while waiting for the permanent crown to be fabricated (approximately 1 week)
- The porcelain crown is firmly bonded onto the tooth to provide a secure and stable restoration with a highly functional & cosmetic result
- The entire procedure will involve 2 appointments
